Backyard Farm is a tiny urban farm/market garden designed to delight, inspire and educate people about their connection to food, agriculture, and gardening even in small, urban spaces. Chickens are employed as soil technicians, mobile composters and egg producers. They are happy to share their hard work with someone happy to support Heart & Hands.
