Yesterday we bid farewell to Millie for another year!

Her daughter Colette flew over from PEI to accompany her back to the Maritimes, her birthplace and where she now lives part time in the warmer months!

This was the 4th year Millie has been a #snowbird staying with her BC family as well as being a regular acunapper at Heart & Hands :)

At 86, she is a shining example of vibrancy energy & open mindedness to try new things! We’re delighted that Millie enjoys her community acupuncture & we look forward to having her in our chairs again in the winter. Safe travels 💗💗💗
