So grateful to work in a space that strongly supports a vision of the world I want to live in.

Each time I enter Heart & Hands my shoulders begin to drop and I can feel myself taking a deep breath, and I smile.

All the thoughtful intention and magic that unfolds within those walls facilitates a sense of safety and a feeling of coming home. When I first moved to the island five years ago I looked for a community acupuncture space for support with insomnia induced by on-call work and I was so pleased to not only find the help I needed, as my sleep has hugely improved, but also a beautiful community!

I was inspired to become a volunteer and now I work out of the space and have the honour of serving the incredible heart & hands community. I feel deeply about accessible healthcare and am so grateful to work in a space that strongly supports a vision of the world I want to live in.

Thanks to Christina and Heart & Hands for creating such a warm and welcoming space where I can be both client and practitioner.
