I’ve had an irregular period since the start. Initially, there was a certain amount of novelty to only bleeding a few times a year – saving money on tampons, no cramps, no hassle, etc.

Despite that, there was always a little stressed voice in the back of my head that urged me to ask, why? Many years later and after seeking many forms of help I can say that my period is flowing on the monthly! This is due in great part to Heart & Hands Collective.

For one, the quality of service is very high. I have visited a few acupuncturists in town and despite being more expensive, they did not compare to the level of care provided at Heart & Hands. The practitioners are truly caring – in that real authentic way that makes you feel held and heard.

Further, they clearly know their stuff. I left every session feeling calm and relaxed. And, over time, my chronic issues were resolved. I am very grateful to have Heart & Hands Collective in my community.
