THE DAYS ARE GETTING LONGER!
We hope this finds you safe and healthy and that you are taking in all the beautiful and resilient signs of spring in Lkwungen Territories. Bundle up, bring your umbrella, move your body and go for a walk, perhaps plant seeds in anticipation of spring and express gratitude to the life-giving rain.
We have carefully collected the usual resources for nervous system regulation, but also many beautiful things from faraway lands that are likely much sunnier and warmer than our Pacific Northwest as well as wisdom from inspiring Indigenous minds.
Soak up some sun when you can, observe how the first buds are popping, make some nourishing soup and tell your friends you love them :)
Spring is coming!
