New services coming Winter 2022!

With new acupunks joining H&H, we decided to mix it up and start offering TWO new services Winter 2022!

Coming soon, we are excited to offer:

NADA Ear Acupuncture

A 5 point ear acupuncture protocol for addictions, stress and trauma.
Sessions are offered in a supportive group setting.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is an adjunct technique in which a local suction is created on the skin with the application of heated cups. Ideal for chronically tight muscles, it helps to loosen layers of connective tissue (fascia) and relieves swelling, pain and tension. It is a great compliment to our Community Acupuncture service! 

Both services are fantastic standalone modalities, but also greatly compliment our current Community Acupuncture sessions. Both services of course are sliding scale so that they are also affordable and accessible to our community. AND…NADA Ear Acupuncture is a great option for folks who are looking for short notice appointments ;)

As we get closer to getting our acupunk team trained and their hours locked in, we will make a more official announcement when online booking for both NADA Ear Acupuncture and Cupping Therapy becoming available! STAY TUNED!
