Tui Na means Pushing and Grasping. It is a Chinese style of massage that helps regulate and boost the energy in the body, flush the lymphatic system and create flow throughout all the channels in the body.
Cupping uses suction to draw blood to, or away from specific areas to decrease inflammation and pain. Gua sha is a combing or stroking technique of the soft tissue of skin with a smooth edged tool that increases circulation, and reduces inflammation and pain.
