Direct billing to MSP

For B.C. residents who qualify for premium assistance (an income of $30,000 or less) Medical Services Plan (MSP) will cover $23 per visit to a maximum of 10 visits of Community Acupuncture per calendar year.

We will bill MSP directly for $23 per session and you will be responsible for paying the remaining $12-32 per session to fall within our $30-60 sliding scale. This out of pocket portion of the treatment fee can be paid with debit, cash, cheque and if necessary, credit.

Step 1

Download + print and complete our MSP application/consent form and drop off the paper form to our front desk.

Step 2

If eligible, identify yourself at the front desk as having MSP coverage. You will sign-in at the front desk BEFORE each appointment until your available sessions have been completed.

  • Full legal name
  • Personal Health Number
  • Date of birth
  • Gender as it appears on your BC health card
  • Email address
  • Phone number
