For NEW Acupuncture Clients

  • NEW clients, $45-65 sliding scale (includes $10 paperwork fee).
  • RETURNING clients, $35-55.
  • We accept cash, cheque & debit.
    We hope to LIMIT credit card payments to help to ensure more goes to the clinic rather than to credit card processing fees. We really appreciate it if that is an option for you.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete paperwork & NEW client orientation.
    At this time, sessions will be up to 50 minutes to allow for social distancing and maintaining our occupancy limit.
  • Download & print  your forms in advance & you can complete them prior to your appointment.
  • Please bring or wear loose fitting clothing, ensure you’ve eaten & refrain from wearing scents in our space.
  • Feel free to bring ear plugs, your own music with headphones, pillow, blanket to make your session more comfortable

Adjustments to cancellations due to COVID-19

Due to these unprecedented times, we will be implementing a flexible cancellation policy. As such, we are waiving fees for cancellations within 24 hours due to illness or if you are nervous about coming into the clinic.

If possible, please provide advanced notice, so we can book another client from the waiting list. You can cancel your appointment in JaneApp (preferred), via email or phone. At this time, we will be unable to answer the phone as frequently. 

We still reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of $35 when a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice.
