Our mission
Heart & Hands Health Collective is a grassroots, locally-owned and community-focused Community Acupuncture & Holistic Health clinic in Lekwungen Territories, in the heart of downtown Victoria BC.
We are working to transform community health into community wealth by providing compassionate and accessible services to our community. We uphold the belief that community acupuncture is a tool for social change, shifting societal views about self-care, the use of traditional modalities for prevention as well as supporting our organization and it’s hardworking practitioners.

Parking & Buses
Please allot AT LEAST 1 hour from the time to park your vehicle, so that you have adequate time to receive your treatment as well as walking to and from your vehicle.
- There is 1 hr free parking directly on Cormorant and on Quadra St (read signage carefully if parking on Quadra, there are tow away restrictions).
- There is 2 hr free parking along Balmoral Rd and Mason St (just east of Quadra).
- There is also paid 90 min parking further down by Cormorant and Blanshard (by the Ministry of Health).
Our clinic is accessible by Victoria Transit routes #2, 6, 11, 27, 28

We also ask you to abstain from drug and alcohol use prior to receiving treatment. We also ask that you abide by our COVID protocols such as masking up and maintaining physical distancing for your own personal safety and the safety of others around you.
If you fail to abide by our policies, we reserve the right to refuse you service. The safety of our community is of top priority. Heart & Hands supports open hearts and open minds.
