Direct billing to MSP

For B.C. residents who qualify for premium assistance (an income of $42 000 or less) Medical Services Plan (MSP) will subsidize $23 per visit to a maximum of 10 visits of Community Acupuncture or Cupping & Gua Sha per calendar year.

We will bill your MSP benefits directly for $23 per session and you will be responsible for paying the remaining:

This out of pocket portion of the treatment fee can be paid with debit, cash and if necessary, credit.

Step 1

Download + print and complete our MSP application/consent form and drop off the paper form to our front desk. This form is not fillable.

Step 2

If eligible, identify yourself at the front desk as having MSP coverage. You will sign-in at the front desk BEFORE each appointment until your available sessions have been completed.

We can also verify your coverage over the phone, 250-590-3185 and will require the following information:

  • Full legal name (as it appears on your BC health card)
  • Personal Health Number (PHN)
  • Date of birth
  • Sex (as it appears on your BC health card)
  • Email address
  • Phone number

PLEASE NOTE: it is the client’s responsibility to contact Medical Services Plan regarding your coverage at
1-800-663-7100. Please have your PHN number ready when you call.
