I look to H&H as a role model in our community of what caring for each other looks like.

I first came to H&H to seek help for a persistent injury in my hand and arm, and after experiencing the magic of one acu-nap, I quickly became a regular.

Over time, Christina offered me support for my endometriosis pain and for my mental health, particularly through some periods of big tumult in my life. I never ceased to be amazed by her insightfulness, kindness, and skill. I look to H&H as a role model in our community of what caring for each other looks like.

From their masking policy to being a collection site for non-perishable food donations, I feel that as a collective, H&H never misses an opportunity to connect with, support, and empower folks. I have learned and benefitted so much from the zines, artwork, workshops, and collabs they’ve made accessible to me. I am deeply grateful for everyone at H&H and the incredible space they’ve created!

Thank you!
C.S.
