I came to Heart & Hands during an emotional time in my life, what I found was far beyond my expectation.

Heart & Hands has offered me a safe, non-judgmental place to land, no matter what I am going through. Because of the accessible model, I am able to show up regularly in order to support my whole self (physically and emotionally). I am so grateful for the sense of community, and connection I have found here, and I tell EVERYONE willing to listen!
