I was first introduced to acupuncture by Christina back in 2008 and I was hooked. Due to moving around over the past few few years I had the opportunity to try other acupuncturists but I soon realized that none compared to my experience at Heart & Hands.

Now that I am back in Victoria I’m so glad I have access to Heart and Hands practitioners and all their services again. There is always something that acupuncture can help me with, and at the very least I am always grateful for a break from my day, a good rest, some smiling faces and a floaty feeling when I walk out their door.
