At Heart & Hands I have felt what it truly means to be cared for by the community. In this past year, I’ve taken a brave step towards caring for myself and Christina has opened a whole new part of me towards healing that I never thought possible.

Christina’s dedication of gentle attention to detail, and of the physical, mental and emotional needs of every client is why Heart & Hands is a safe place apart from home.
