H&H Story from K.D.

In early 2014 escalating neck and shoulder pain lead me to scour the Internet in search of accessible local options. As a full time student with an adoration of all things social justice oriented, Heart and Hands fit the bill perfectly.

As a newbie to acupuncture I appreciated that each acupunk showed a genuine interest in addressing my body and mind holistically, in a way that I had never experienced with healthcare practitioners before. Though it was initially superficial physical ailments that brought me to H&H, it’s this element that has kept me coming back month after month.

As I approach new career and life changes, it comforts me greatly to know that the team at H&H is there to help solidify my self care foundation and help me be my best “me”!
