I started acupuncture when I was in 1st and 2nd year nursing school and I was how do we say it? Stressed out to the max and on the verge of breaking.

Someone mentioned acupuncture and Heart & Hands was an affordable place I could go while living off of student loans. The environment is welcoming, inclusive and zen. The acupuncturists are empathetic and made me feel comfortable.

I can safely say my mental health during this time would have been much different without these appointments and the support of the staff. I’ve gone back to them after 2-3 years away for other reasons and I am still so thankful for acupuncture so carefully curated for my needs at an affordable rate.
