I recently started going to see Christina, Jade and JO at Heart & Hands.

I’m a survivor of domestic violence and have been terrified of touch and being in public, and have struggled to find trauma-informed care that isn’t pathologizing. Christina and her team make me feel safe in so many small ways.

Heart & Hands is a testament to how interconnectivity, compassion, and TCM can literally save lives.
