SUNDAY Jan. 20, Take Home TCM: Moxa 101

SUNDAY Jan. 20, Take Home TCM: Moxa 101

Sunday Jan. 20th,
learn the basics of the traditional technique of moxabustion in this simple workshop facilitated by Susan Shields, R.Ac.

Moxabustion is especially ideal in climates such as ours on Vancouver Island, which is generally characterized as windy, cold and damp for most of the year. It can help warm up and dry out our bodies.

In the spirit of balancing out the consumerism of the holiday season, we chose to give back to our local & national communities by collecting a total of $300 from December 1st – 23rd!

We have made equal donations of $150 EACH to both Anawim House + Reconciliation Canada.

In the spirit of the holidays.

In the spirit of the holidays.

We are always extremely grateful for the gifts our clients bring around the holidays. However, this year we would like to forgo the sugary treats and Christmas baubles in exchange for cash or e-transfer donations. No amount too small.

We thank you all in advance for your generous contributions and we wish you a happy and healthy holiday season for you all and your loved ones :)
