I was referred to Heart & Hands by several friends and co-workers before I made the gentle leap into acu-heaven :)

My first treatment was in 2013 and at that point I was quite literally suffering from stress and anxiety on a daily basis. Through regular treatments and helpful lifestyle advice, I am able to cope with my issues and actually feel calm and good! For real!

I have also had pinched nerves, bad colds and bad days that Christina or Madison were quick to pull me out of. Life magic :)

The sliding scale payment option, punch card deals or bring a friend promotions make this acupuncture service SO accessible to everyone in the community–which is such an amazing offering on their part!

As long as I live in Victoria, I will continue to better my physical and mental health at Heart & Hands Health Collective no question. I just love it there :)
