H&H Story from W.J.S.
I started using the services at Heart & Hands over 2 years ago. I suffer from pain in my legs, hips and back resulting from being struck while cycling years earlier.
Before coming to Heart & Hands I was incapable of walking without a cane for support, particularly when navigating stairs. Thanks to regular Acu-naps I can now move around the house and even walk up stairs unhindered.
Last summer I actually walked cane free altogether for 3 months, the first time in 7 years. Christina and her awesome staff and group of volunteers have created a wonderful community space and provide valuable alternative health services at very affordable prices.
I look forward to benefiting from the services of and seeing Heart and Hands colourful storefront brightening up Cormorant St for many years to come. :-)
