Peddling away after an acu-nap, my mind is the clearest it’s been in recent memory. Navigating the frenetic downtown traffic with ease, I feel energetic yet calm, responding quicker to potential danger but with less emotional reaction.
It feels like when I got glasses for the first time: you get used to living a certain way and don’t know how much better you can feel.
The staff at Heart & Hands are tremendously caring and compassionate, and while everything is very professional, it feels more like a community fixture than a transaction-focused business.
Would I recommend to a friend? Without a doubt, in fact I have many times ;)
