Just by being in the space, I passively started to learn about body autonomy, harm reduction, and community care.

I’ve been going to H&H since I was about 18 (like 9 years ago)!

Christina and all the lovely and skilled folks who have welcomed me to the space have been a beautiful part of me growing up. So many different life stages and stressful periods have happened over this time, and I always have my acu-naps to ground me.

I think H&H was one of the first places I came to know that publicly expressed love for queer and trans people, which I now realize made me feel more seen. Just by being in the space, I passively started to learn about body autonomy, harm reduction, and community care.

There’s some magic here.
