During an a health crisis I was looking for help and answers from western medicine. I had seen countless doctors and ran a ridiculous amount of tests with no relief. I had over 30 symptoms to manage. Doctors started prescribing pills for each individual ail. I was getting sicker. In the depths of me I knew I needed a whole body approach to healing.
I started seeing a TCM doctor who introduced me to acupuncture. My body responded positively to treatment. This was an answer for me! After a couple of months I started to stress about how I was going to pay for all this magic. My bank account was unhealthy now as well!
Shortly after I stopped TCM sessions a friend told me about community acupuncture.
After a bit of Internet digging I found The Acupunks at Heart & Hands. Walking through the doors the first time the receptionist, a friend said to me “Oh, you have come to the right place!”
I instantly felt cared for by Christina. Her intuitive style has been an outstanding compass on my journey to wellness. It’s been almost a year and H&H has become an integral part of of my recovery and lifestyle. I have so much gratitude for Christina and the H&H community!
