It has become such an important part of my life that I don’t know what I would do without it

I started going to Heart and Hands to treat a knee injury about 7 years ago, and while my knee injury is long healed, I just keep coming.

I keep coming back for the warmth, care, compassion, community, and deeper healing that this magical place and its practitioners offer. It is like no other place in this city – it is welcoming, safe, LGBTQ2S+ friendly and inclusive, accessible, healing… in short, it’s effing radical.

It has become such an important part of my life that I don’t know what I would do without it. It is a huge part of my self-care routine, helps me de-stress and process emotions, and keeps all the various aches and pains in check. It’s a cornerstone of the community and has been such a positive force in my life, and in the lives of many of my loved ones.

I am forever grateful for the healing and compassionate care that I have found from each and every practitioner there <3
