The support I received at Heart & Hands truly contributed to my health and wellness throughout my pregnancy
When my partner and I started thinking about having kids I was worried it might be a challenge for us. I had had irregular cycles for years and often skipped ovulation. I started coming to Heart & Hands for help with stress and hormonal balance. After 3 months of regular acupuncture, my cycles became regular and my partner and I quickly became pregnant!
I had continued support from the wonderful team at Heart & Hands throughout my pregnancy. Acupuncture helped me with nausea, sleep, swelling, fatigue, joint pain and with labor preparation. I was fortunate to deliver a happy baby girl at full term, and I feel the support I received at Heart & Hands truly contributed to my health and wellness throughout my pregnancy.
