We are open for regular hours on July 1st AKA Canada Day

We are running our regular hours Wednesday July 1st:
> Veronica poking 10am – 2pm
> Christina poking 3 – 7pm

If you are hoping to come in for an acupuncture session that day, we suggest you book in advance online to ensure you have a timeslot.

We invite you on this day to not only celebrate the many things it means to be Canadian, but also to consider the history of whose land that we live, work and play upon and what are ways we can support and honor the peoples’ of whom we share our home with. 

Heart & Hands would like to acknowledge that we make “our home” on the unceded traditional territories of the Lekwungen peoples (today known as the Esquimalt and Songhees Nations). In solidarity, we are committed to serving our community members of all nations and creeds.
