I was referred to Heart & Hands by a friend, and came to my first session out of curiosity, as acupuncture was new to me.
Meeting Christina, and being treated by her, changed my life. I didn’t know it when I signed on, but in quick order I experienced multiple health and emotional issues that were complex and damaging. Christina and the team at H&H have been instrumental in helping me overcome them. She is calm, confident and immensely competent.
She is a healer who just happens to use acupuncture as her tool. She has created a sanctuary wherein people can heal and be supported in a safe environment. I cannot thank her and H&H enough for the compassion and support and help they have given me.
