Scheduling updates for November and beyond
Our hours will be shifting at the beginning of November, with the possibility of expanding our hours as we watch our bookings heading into December.
Commencing the week of November 9 – 14, our schedule will be as follows:
MONDAYS 10am – 2pm w Veronica + 3 – 7pm w Susan
TUESDAYS 10am – 2pm w Christina
WEDNESDAYS 10am – 2pm w Veronica + 3 – 7pm w Christina
THURSDAYS 10am – 2pm w Christina + 3 – 7pm w Veronica
FRIDAYS 3 – 7pm w Christina
SATURDAYS 10am – 3pm w Christina
SUNDAYS 10am – 3pm w Veronica

Our schedule is subject to change. Just as we are asking you to stay home in the event of illness, our acupunks will do the same.
And again, we are entering a risky time with cases in BC rising + the school year well underway + entering cold+flu season. We are sending a firm reminder about being cognizant of your social contacts, the settings and activities you choose to engage in, where you are traveling to and from and to be responsible and considerate of this if you choose to visit Heart & Hands. As always, review our Health & Safety policies prior to your visit.
And of course, if you suspect you have been exposed to COVID-19 or are feeling ill, to STAY HOME.
