Farewell Sarah!

To all my amazing clients at Heart & Hands, 

Thank you so much for trusting me and letting me support you during my time at H&H. The H&H’s community is a special place and I am so happy for the opportunities and people I have got to meet and support during this time.

My last day at H&H will be Tuesday April 30th! I will be refocusing my attention solely to my private practice in Fernwood. I can be found at sarahstrohan.com, if you feel called to working together further in the future.
