I volunteered at Heart & Hands and instantly became part of a great community. It was a brilliant experience to be able to help and be a part of Heart & Hands, so many people depend on the tremendous work of the acupunks. You get to meet so many lovely people and have been grateful for the time I have spent there. I also got to try acupuncture for the first time and have continued to use this practice. It’s invigorating and helps the mind and the body in so many ways.
