What a gem of a place H&H has been for me!

I went to Christina for the first time in November 2022 while they had their farmer promo after experiencing a big burn out and some big life transitions. I felt like a shell of a human upon entering and left feeling so validated and cared for.

I’ve been going every Wednesday evening since then to get my energy battery topped up! After the initial crisis of burnout, we have worked on moving grief, anxiety, nervous system regulation and most recently on period pain and chronic BV.

Having a job without benefits makes me extra grateful for the care, solidarity & accessibility of H&H – it’s been an instrumental place that continues to support me in both my emotional and physical body.
